Men's Track & Field Wins Record 13th NCAA Outdoor TitlePublished by
Canton, N.Y. - The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse men's track & field team won its National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Divison III record 13th outdoor title Saturday afternoon at St. Lawrence University's (N.Y.) Merrick-Pinkard Track & Field Complex. The Eagles scored 71.0 points to capture the crown while UW-Eau Claire finished second with 46.0 points. UW-Whitewater was third (42.0 points) by Salisbury University (Md.) fourth (31.0) and St. Olaf College (Minn.) fifth (27.0). A total of 82 teams scored points at this year's championships.
