ROCK ISLAND, Ill.--Five Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) teams placed in the top 12 at the NCAA Division III Women s Cross Country Midwest Regional at Saukie Golf Course on Nov. 14, while University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire s Lucy Ramquist won the individual title.
