NEW ORLEANS (Blugolds.com) Lucy Ramquist (Sr.-River Falls, WI) of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women s cross country team was named the MidwestRegion Athlete of the Year for the 2015 NCAA Division III Cross Country season, announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as voted on by the Division s coaches.
